Huge congratulations and thank you to our runners who completed the London Landmarks Half Marathon.
The team of teachers, parents (both current and former) and Old Sennockians took on the challenge to raise an incredible £11000 for financially assisted places here at Sevenoaks.
Special mention to Mr Lidiard for the best individual race, finishing 170th out of the almost 24,000 runners in the impressive time of 01:23:33.
Students also supported the team through our in-school community fundraising event, the How Many Halves Challenge, which saw students and staff run a collective 165 half marathons (that’s over 3,400 km!) to raise almost £2000 to support access to education through financial assistance, and Education for All Morocco, our How Many Halves 2025 charity partner, voted for by our student body.
We are incredibly grateful to all our runners for their dedication to this cause and extend our thanks to our community for all your support, we couldn’t have done it without you.
