ORANGE FOR ALFIE
Over the weekend, we went Orange for Alfie to raise money for The Lullaby Trust as part of a special fundraising memorial day for a cause close to the PE and Sports department’s heart.
There was a host of activities throughout the day, with students encouraged to wear orange items of clothing to make a colourful tribute to Alfie, who had red hair. Following a bake sale in the morning, complete with orange face paint, students, staff and Old Sennockians enjoyed a special sports afternoon, with the Sennocke Centre and sports pitches decorated to match.
Miss Cripps’s fiancé, Dominic Saunders, is running the London marathon in Alfie’s memory. You can support him here.
