IB Revision Courses FAQ

Bring any notes you may have been given or taken on the subject in the last 18 months (for the Easter course and Maths course) or the last 12 months (for the Summer course), as well as writing implements, rulers, calculators etc. If you wish to make use of the Sennocke Centre, then please bring sports kit, racquets, swimming kit etc. Boarders, aside from what you’d expect to bring, please also bring a towel, and a plug adaptor may be useful.

While we expect to run all the courses offered, the courses can only run if there is sufficient demand and we will notify students and parents as soon as possible if it looks likely that a course will not run after all. In which case switching subject or a full refund of course fees will be offered.

Students will be responsible for their own medical insurance cover and are urged to take out insurance which fully covers them for damage or loss of their personal belongings for the entire duration of the course, including fees in the event of cancellation after the final payment date.

The boarding staff will expect you to arrive between 4pm and 9pm the day before your lessons start.

The school does not organise transport.

The boarding community here often use the taxi firm Beeline: 01732 456214.

Girls will board in Park Grange (postcode TN13 1HY).
Boys will board in Aisher House (postcode TN13 1PF).

Ask the taxi to pick you up from Duke’s Meadow, which is the big car park near the Sennocke Centre (sports centre).
