The Upper Sixth are just over halfway through a highly competitive higher education admissions cycle and continue to receive an impressive range of offers from UK, US and international universities.
UK universities
To date, our students have received an impressive total of 800 offers from UK universities for entry in 2026, including Exeter (69), UCL (58), KCL (72), Durham (75), Warwick (60), Edinburgh (52), Bristol (67), Bath (37), Manchester (39), St Andrews (28) and Imperial (20).
A total of 27 Sevenoaks students received offers from Oxford and Cambridge, with 17 students receiving an offer from Oxford and 10 receiving an offer from Cambridge.
US offers
This year, 61 Sevenoaks students applied to a wide range of US colleges and universities, and have received a hugely impressive 135 offers:

International offers
We also congratulate our students who have received offers this year to Canada (including McGill, UBC, Toronto and the University of Alberta), and other international destinations including EHL (Switzerland), Bocconi, the American University of Paris, the University of Hong Kong and Keio University (Japan), some with scholarships. One student has been accepted onto the Dual degree programme of Sciences Po in France and UC Berkeley in the US. Dual degrees are popular with Sevenoaks students.
More news of offers will be shared in the Summer term after the offers cycle is complete, but for now, well done to all students on their applications and on this already very impressive list of offers.
Lower Sixth events
A series of information evenings and virtual events will take place next term, with advice on making applications to leading UK universities including Oxford and Cambridge, plus a live Q&A for US and International Universities with our Head of US and International University Applications, Ms Laurence Goodwin.
