Congrats to Julie Barnes, Lydia Chernyavskaya, Ben Dueck and Carlotta Kern on winning the the STEM Solutions Competition.
The STEM Solutions Competition at Woldingham School saw teams of Lower Sixth students demonstrate their knowledge and skills in science, technology, engineering, and maths through a series of question rounds and challenges designed to test their quick-thinking, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
Each team also delivered a five-minute presentation on ‘The Future of Space Governance’ in front of special guest judge Flight Lieutenant Jase Greenwood from the UK Space Command. Flt Lt Greenwood also delivered a captivating keynote speech on the governance of space. His insights gave students a deeper understanding of the complexities and importance of space governance in the modern world.
