GCSE and IGCSE results 2026

Sevenoaks School is again celebrating outstanding GCSE and IGCSE results. 

• 88 per cent of all examinations were graded 9/8/7 (or A*/A grades) 

• 47 per cent of all examinations were graded 9, with 72 per cent of examinations graded 9 or 8 

• 104 students gained 10 or more 9/8/7 or A*/A grades, and of those, 17 scored a superb 10 or more top grades of 9 (or A*). 

All our students take 10 or more GCSEs, including Mathematics, English Literature and English Language, all three sciences, at least one modern language, and a humanity. Their GCSE studies combined with our Sevenoaks School Diploma is excellent preparation for the IB Diploma.

These outcomes reflect not only their academic ability, but also their dedication, perseverance and commitment throughout their studies.
