In 2025 Top IB School League Tables, which were released this week, Sevenoaks is the top large-cohort IB school in the UK and Europe, and in the top two large-cohort schools in the world.
The school is also one of the top 3 UK IB boarding schools, the top 5 UK IB schools and the top 20 global IB schools.
The list also places Sevenoaks as the world’s best co-ed day and boarding school with a large IB cohort.
The Education Advisers annual league tables use results from independent schools around the world which teach in English.
Sevenoaks is a flagship school for the IB. With an all-IB Sixth Form, we have an IB Diploma cohort of nearly 250, one of the largest in the UK, and we have a proud 47-year history of teaching the IB.
We were the first HMC school to offer the IB, in 1978, and the first to go all-IB, in 1999. Our average Diploma score is consistently around 10 points above the world average.
