Ballet

Aurelia Worth recently danced in the South East regionals. All of her dances were progressed to the nationals.

Basketball

Elodie De Jonge has made it through three very tough selection camps into a team of 12 girls representing the South Super Region in the Aspire All Star National Tournament! She will compete in the U13 age category, which is one year up from where she would ordinarily be asked to play.

Cricket

Our U15 Boys won their semi-final to reach the Kent Cup final. This is the second year in a row we have reached this level.

Our 1st XI boys are into the semi-final of the U18 Kent Cup.

Our U14 boys are through to the Kent Plate Quarter Final.

The annual OS vs 1st XI match took place on Sunday 12 June at Solefields. It was a fantastic event, involving a barbecue and much socialising before an extremely competitive fixture.

Equestrian

Anastasiya Sakovych has been selected to take part in the European Dressage Championships 2022 for Junior Riders as a part of Ukrainian National Team.

Fencing

Alex Greene came second in the Under 13 boys’ Sabre at the England Youth Championships.

Football

Congratulations to Chloe Walmsley, Bethan Thomas and Anjola Adekoya who have been selected to represent West Kent Football.

Shooting

Mike Bargeron, our Head of Shooting has just returned from two vital competitions, and with a less than optimal (and quite demoralising) performance in Granada (Spain) he moved down to Gibraltar for the second competition. He did a lot of work with his coach and psychologist, and with a lot of discipline and perseverance, managed to win in Gibraltar and break the British Record. This result has also put him in contention for selection for the European and World Championships later this year.

Swimming

Eva Okaro has been selected for Team GB at the European Juniors in Romania during July.

Tennis

Old Sennockians Oscar Brown and Hugo Coquelin are playing each other in the second round of the British Men’s tour in West Worthing.
