Sevenoaks School has been shortlisted for Outstanding School Drama Department at the Music and Drama Education Awards.
The nomination celebrates the scale and quality of our productions, the growing popularity and academic strength of GCSE Drama, and the global perspective offered by our IB Theatre programme.
Our students are continually inspired by workshops and visits from leading industry professionals, including acclaimed director Paul Greengrass (OS 1973), and have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a vibrant programme of clubs and societies.
We’re especially proud of our programme of service, which sees our students lead weekly workshops with local primary and Valence School – a mutually enriching experience, which helps younger pupils grow in confidence, while our students gain valuable leadership experience and a deeper connection to the wider community.
