The Geography department took 120 Year 10 IGCSE Geography students to the East Sussex coast in the week of 10 May 2021.
The aim of this geographical enquiry was to investigate coastal processes and form through primary and secondary fieldwork evidence. Data collection included quantitative and qualitative techniques: sediment analysis, beach profile surveys, cliff measurement, annotated landform sketches and photograph interpretation.
One of the first school trips for approximately 16 months!
