Every time I go on a school trip, I come away thinking ‘no this was the best trip I’ve ever been on’. The Malaga exchange was no different, however this time I don’t think it shall ever be topped (at least not for a while).
From the unwavering dedication and enthusiasm demonstrated by the teachers, to the exquisite food, and the abundance of opportunities and activities—both within the school and among the families—I have never experienced such a sense of connection or enjoyment as I did with my host family during the exchange.
I left with not only a wealth of new connections and experiences, but also a significantly enhanced ability in Spanish, speaking with much greater fluidity and confidence.
I will never forget this trip and the friends I made on it, and I’m already planning my next visit to Malaga.
