Hockey players were treated to a special guest online session with GB Hockey player Tess Howard before half term.
Tess was fantastic at sharing her journey as she prepares for the Tokyo 2021 Olympics later this year. Full of energy and enthusiasm, she delivered some really clear and insightful messages about being keen and the importance of teammates.
She was happy to answer all questions about life as a top player, and offered many tips for good mental and physical training. She also demonstrated a practical skills session designed to help during lockdown.
A huge thank you to Tess for her time and inspiring us so brilliantly – we are excited to see who can follow in such great footsteps.
We wish her all the very best as she continues with her international career and Olympic training.
