Badminton

The U14 and U16 boys are district champions and have qualified for the county finals day.

Cross country

The Junior Knole Run took place on Friday, hosted by Sevenoaks in Knole Park.

The Sevenoaks girls managed to take second place, despite missing our two best runners. The boys, also missing their best runner, finished seventh. Phoebe Barker handed out the trophies and gave an inspiring speech to all the young runners. Thanks to everyone involved in another superb showpiece for Sevenoaks School.

Grace Fleming has been selected to run for Kent at the regional inter-counties.

Fencing

Congratulations to Harry Couchman on winning bronze at the Kent Schools Epee Championships, and to Sophie Rayment who won gold at the Kent Schools Sabre Championships.

Hockey

A brilliant effort by the U16 hockey side has led to them qualifying for the regional finals; three wins and a draw plus 13 goals for and two against capped a very successful day. We now have two teams in the regional finals next week.

In weekend fixtures our teams won nine and drew one out of ten fixtures versus Sutton Valence and Hurstpierpoint.

Netball

The U14, U16, U18 netball sides are playing in the county finals on Saturday.

Swimming

The school sent nine teams to the national relay finals at the London Olympic Pool on Saturday. Two teams made the final, finishing sixth and seventh, and there were personal bests aplenty throughout the day.

Tennis

Our senior mixed side had a great start in the national senior students’ cup after a win versus Kingston College.
