On Friday afternoon, Sevenoaks School hosted it’s last and final football tournament of 2015 involving many primary schools (Under 10/9’s age group) within the local area.
Schools included Amherst, Anthony Roper, Chevening, Churchill, Sevenoaks Primary and St.Thomas’ C of E. In what was an incredibly exciting and enjoyable afternoon, Sevenoaks Primary managed to secure a 2.0 victory against Amherst School in the final.
There was some exceptional talent on display and it was clearly evident that all sides were coached to play a good brand of football. Individuals also stood out and George Hutcheon (Sevenoaks Primary) managed to win ‘player of the tournament’ after his two well taken goals in the final. A wonderful event had by all and some lasting memories to take away for these young footballers.
