Students from Sevenoaks School appeared in the lunchtime concert series at St Luke’s Church on Wednesday. The recorder quartet performed a Sonata by Boismortier, Sachi Gwalani performed Gershwin’s ‘I got rhythm’ on clarinet, and Grace Hall (soprano) sang ‘Tonight’ from West Side Story, in an arrangement for three cellos by Mika Curson.
Sara Bartolozzi, in charge of the lunchtime concerts at St Luke’s said: ‘Their performances were hugely appreciated by all and everyone was praising not just their clear musical talent but their presentation and enjoyment of the music.’
