The Art Department have hosted the prominent artist Dan Llywelyn Hall to run a painting masterclass for our Year 9 and 10 art scholars group. The students worked directly from the model and were put through their paces by a series of exercises designed to sharpen their observation skills. Dan, whose sitters include the Queen, is about to embark to embark on a series of portraits of political figures including Nigel Farage and Jeremy Corbyn.
