Nearly 80 Year 11 students returned post-GCSEs to take on the Classroom to Boardroom programme.
They were set genuine business challenges by three different social interest organisations: Dallaglio RugbyWorks, The Inside Out Clothing Project and NSAR. Over three days, the groups nominated CEOs and Project Managers to lead teams spanning Finance, Marketing, Research and Design. Each group demonstrated excellent problem-solving, creativity teamwork and leadership to suggest well-considered and fully costed proposals.
Their hard work culminated in 90-minute presentations and Q&A sessions in London in front of board members and executive teams for each organisation. Our student wowed their audiences with both their ideas and delivery. They were also praised for the empathy and compassion for the causes they championed and the way in which they interacted. We are immensely proud of their efforts.
