'IB is the best preparation for university and the workplace'

The latest University Admissions Officers Report, commissioned by ACS Schools, has concluded that the IB is the best preparation for university and the workplace. The report concluded that nearly a fifth (18%) of university admissions officers cite the IB as a better preparation to thrive at university, compared to just eight % who cite A levels, and three % who cite Scottish Highers.

Skills best provided by the IB Diploma include workplace skills, cited by 57% of officers, self-management skills, 76%, and ability to cope with pressure, 72%, and an entrepreneurial or positive approach to risk taking, 23%.
