Congratulations to our Sous Chef, Luke Hardy, who won a recent national Chartwells competition. The competition was a ‘cook off’ involving chefs from the independent schools’ sector, and all chefs in the final round had to make a dish containing sea trout, and a number of specified vegetables.
The marking was based on work methods, hygiene practices, the taste and the presentation of the dish. Luke did a superb job and came first.
