Athletics
Sandy Milligan was selected to the run the 200m for Kent County in the South East schools inter-county championship and finished fourth.
Oliver Brooke (Y9) has been selected in the Kent County Athletics Association pentathlon.
Lewis Church, PT Coach, competed for GB in the decathlon at the European Combined Events Team Championships.
Cricket
It was a fantastic summer for women’s cricket, Tash Farrant (OS) and Coco Streets won the county championship and Coco was Captain of the U17 National T20 champions.
Vikas Kokkiligadda represented London and South East at the Bunbury festival. This is the second year in a row that a Sevenoaks student has participated in this very competitive event with nine of the current England test side competing at Bunbury this year.
Harry Houillon represented London and East U17s at the Super 4s, a pre-cursor to England selection at U19 level.
Henry Procter played for Kent 2nd XI over the summer, an incredible achievement and supports the wonderful season he has had this year.
Fencing
Woser Prossor (U17), Elena Tsang (U17) and Amelie Tsang (U13) each won gold at fencing at the London Youth Games representing the London borough of Bromley. Congratulations to you all.
Hockey
Venetia Barker and Annabel Cheveley represented the U15 Saxon Tigers team at the Futures Cup and Venetia was awarded the Saxons U15 player of the tournament.
Sailing
Will Caiger won the RS Aero 5 National Championships up in Scotland.
A number of our pupils over the summer represented Sevenoaks at the RS Feva World Championships.
Swimming
Louis Hayes participated in six events at the British Summer Championships and made finals in both the highly competitive 100Free and 50Fly, coming in sixth and seventh in Great Britain respectively.
Zach Raymond swam superbly at the English nationals and made the final with a PB.
Tennis
The boys played well at the LTA national finals, winning two out of four matches. A special mention goes to Captain Oscar Brown, who led the others well and won all four singles, a feat only achieved by another Sevenoaks student some ten years ago.
PE Department
The PE department have been awarded the Sports Mark Gold from the Youth Sports Trust in recognition of our commitment to sporting participation.
