Sporting Highlights

Basketball and hockey teams have had good performances in recent matches, and many individuals have also had good success in swimming, hockey and fencing.

Basketball

The team had a great week with a win versus St Paul’s in the league followed by a win over Skinners.

Cricket

After a tremendous summer, Harry Houillon has been offered a place on the full Kent academy for this forthcoming year.  

Fencing

Woser Prossor has been selected to represent Great Britain and compete at the European Cadet Circuit in Cabriès.

Amelie Tsang has been selected to represent Great Britain in the Eden Cup, which is the FIE’s Junior (U20) World Cup Event in London.

Hockey

We won a fantastic eight out of ten games versus The Perse School.  

Swimming

At the Swim England South East Open/Junior Championships 2019 in Portsmouth, we had some fantastic individual performances. Congratulations to Louis Hayes who was awarded Junior U16 Gold in the 100IM and Junior U16 Bronzes in the 100Fly and 200IM. He’s qualified for four events for the upcoming winter nationals. Well done to Zachary Raymond for his Bronze in the 100Free and Izabella Okaro who also took part, both students also achieved PBs in their races.
