Football

Our U13A team won against Tunbridge Wells Boys’ Grammar B team in the small schools Kent Cup.

Hockey

Our U14B team reached the quarter finals of the Tier 2 Kent Hockey tournament.

Our U12A side finished second in the U12 In2Hockey tournament and progress to regionals. Sofia Moschini started the term as the C team goalkeeper and saved two penalty strokes in the semi-final to reach the final.

PE teacher Cath Nicholson competed for East Grinstead at the Euro Hockey league over the last five days. It was a really valuable experience playing against the best clubs in Europe and there is plenty to bring back to enhance the hockey programme at school.

Netball

There have been some fantastic individual selections on the Netball Pathway.  Well done to the following students:

London Pulse Performance Hub

Miya Hargate

Izzy Okaro

Eva Okaro

Kent County

Anjola Adekoya (U13 Kent County Potential Academy)

Tasia Nahornya (U13 Kent County Development Academy)

Imogen Smith (U13 Kent County Development Academy)

Lara Bailey (U15 Kent County Potential Academy)

Lowri Morgan (U15 Kent County Potential Academy)

Rugby

Our U15A side beat Judd in the Kent Cup Round 1. They were camped on their own line for ten minutes showing incredible resilience.

Over 180 students came together for an internal RFU Touch Competition due to a blank weekend of rugby fixtures.  This was a fantastic opportunity to combine all age groups from 1st XV – U14Ds in three tiered tournaments.

Sailing

Sevenoaks sailors had a very special guest joining our training session on Tuesday 28 September. Eilidh McIntyre, gold medallist from Tokyo joined us on the water, sailing with and against our sailors followed by a Q&A session during which she kindly passed around her gold medal.

Swimming

At the Kent secondary school relays, Sevenoaks enjoyed a brilliant event, winning seven golds and two silvers out of ten races.
