Cross country
Some 30 students ran in the Kent Schools’ Championships, from which successful runners are selected for Kent in the inter-counties held later this term. The results were:

A good number got through to the inter-counties where they will represent Kent.
Football
In the league we won seven out of ten fixtures versus Christ’s Hospital.
Netball
Our teams won eight out of ten matches versus King’s Canterbury last week.
Swimming
The senior boys finished second at the prestigious Tonbridge Trophy swimming gala, beating Tonbridge, Dulwich, Charterhouse, Wellington, Winchester and Reed’s.
At the Kent swimming championships, two students won medals.Congratulations to Elspeth Watson (silver 400m IM) and Louis Hayes (gold 400m IM and 400m freestyle).
Tennis
Well done to our senior boys and girls who have qualified for the next regional round of the senior students’ national cup. The mixed doubles teams have also qualified. They are all now one win away from reaching the nationals.
