Sabrina Sinha competed at the BMC Grand Prix in Watford on 28/5/16 in her first 800m of the season. She ran a new PB of 2.05.48 which is well within the 2.09.00 qualifying time for the European Youths. It also ranked her as number one in the world this year.
Swimming
Congratulations to Ellie Vowell and Louis Hayes for their outstanding swimming results at the South East Regional Swimming Championships. Ellie won silver medals in the 200m individual medley and the 50m butterfly. Louis ended with four silvers, one bronze, one fourth place and one fifth. He has made every final of an event he has swum regionally and while his year group do not go onto nationals, if he continues to progress he will stand a good chance to qualify for seven British national finals and another six at the English nationals.
