Tennis
Congratulations to our girls’ 1st team of Sophie Dargan, Charlotte Imbert, Anna King and Josie Hogh, who have qualified for national finals, after beating Bede’s 8-4 in the regional final. The finals will take place in Nottingham in July. The boys’ 1st team (Matt Collins, Alex Lenhart, Oscar Brown and Hugo Coquelin) fought bravely to lose in the regionals to Bede’s. Hugo played in an U18 side at regional level as a Year 7 boy which is quite remarkable.
Hugo has had a brilliant week after being crowned national champion at Grade 2 level in the U12 age group.
Our tennis teams also enjoyed a clean sweep across all teams against a strong New Hall school. A brilliant performance.
