Congratulations to Renée Ojikutu who has been selected for the Independent Schools’ U18 Girls National Squad.

The 2nd XI are the new U18 Tier 4 county champions! England Hockey have slightly changed competition format this year, meaning our 2nd XI were the team to compete in the county final (rather than the 1st team), competing against nine other schools’ 1st XI teams and two other 2nd XI teams. We are especially proud of the team to have done so well. That a 2nd XI could win this truly demonstrates the strength and depth of our school programme.

The U13A team reached the final of the Sevenoaks School U13 hockey tournament.

Isabelle Fox has accepted a U17 Surrey Storm Caterham hub place for the forthcoming season.

At the KSSA Kent Secondary Schools team relays, Sevenoaks won nine medals from 12 events including:

  • Inter Girls: 2nd in Medley
  • Inter Boys: 2nd in 4 x 50 FC and Medley
  • Senior Girls: 3rd Medley
  • Senior Boys: 3rd in 4 x 50 FC

We held our annual prep schools football tournament last week; a fantastic event with teams from six local schools competing. Congratulations to the U9 winners, Yardley Court, and to the U11 winners Russell House.
