A number of athletes performed brilliantly at the IAPS athletics event at Julie Rose Stadium in Ashford and have qualified for the nationals in Birmingham in the summer.

Harriet, Amber, Izzy O and Summer – Girls 4 x 100m Relay 1st
At the English Schools’ regionals, the inter girls came first overall and the junior girls finished third with both teams qualifying for the national event in July.
At Cranleigh, our junior girls and inter boys came third overall with further excellent individual performances.
Congratulations also to Georgia Baker who competed at the SE schools’ championships over the weekend.
Cricket
Well done to Matt Dawkins (Y9), who scored 49* and took 5 wickets playing for the first team versus Judd.
Congratulations to the U13A side, who are through to the semi-final of the Kent Cup plate competition.
The first team had an enjoyable time playing versus some of our Old Sennockians on Sunday including players from 1999 through to present day.
Tennis
We had a really successful tennis tournament for Year 7s from local prep and state schools.

Congratulations to John Witton, Teacher of Biology, who came first in the Weald Challenge 50K Ultra Trail marathon.
