On 31 October Sevenoaks School Outreach hosted over 250 primary school teachers as part of the Sevenoaks Partnership primary conference. A full morning of activities was hosted by Helen Jones, the Sevenoaks primary schools facilitator, who kindly arranged for ‘Spiral Wellbeing’ to do several sessions on how to manage and organise a teachers working life to reduce stress and enhance wellbeing. This event is one of many activities planned for this year as part of the Sevenoaks School Outreach programme. Sevenoaks offered its facilities free of charge for this event and the Knole House kindly offered their car park for the 100+ cars. It was lovely to have everyone together, sharing best practice over a coffee and enabling contact and meaningful collaboration between local teachers and colleagues.
