Last week the school played host to 35 Principals and Educationists from leading Indian schools and colleges. The group was comprised of 38 delegates from various Secondary and Tertiary institutions in Mumbai. They were given the chance to hear from us about our practice, attending sessions on pastoral and academic issues, our co-curricular programme, the way Sevenoaks students are prepared for higher education – as well as a presentation on digital learning, which included an introduction to Virtual Reality and an encounter with Nao, our in-house robot. Delegates met a number of our students – through tours of the campus, as well as informal chat over lunch. They were incredibly impressed with everything they witnessed and we hope to forge meaningful partnerships with some of their institutions in the future.
