For their first tournament, the Sevenoaks School curlers made a tremendous start in the Open Junior Curling Championships, which took place near Tunbridge Wells. The teams came up against some very experienced opposition, including national level players. The boys (Oscar Petter and Ben Williams) were part of a boys’ team which won silver medal. The girls (Helena Kiggell, Tabitha Bolter and Charlotte Foord) playing against the same teams, also made some excellent shots, and came in a very credible fifth overall. Well done to all the players.
