The school hosted six Primary Schools in Division 2 of the Primary Schools Cricket Tournament last week. Otford topped their group with good wins over St John’s and Chevening. In the other group Weald, Amherst 2 and Dunton Green were tied with one win each, but Weald qualified in top place due to a superior run rate. In a well fought play-off Weald eventually defeated Otford with some tight bowling in the last three overs. Both Weald and Otford are promoted to Division 1 in 2017. This year’s Division 1 takes place after half term. Well done to all the primary schools that participated.
