We took two teams to the prestigious Bath and Otter Cup relays on Friday at the Olympic pool. Our senior girls (three Year 9s and one Year 7) narrowly missed out on the final after finishing 11th out of 39 large schools in the 4 x 50m medley. Our senior boys came 12th out of 46 large schools in the 4 x 100m freestyle. Both teams also did well in the 4 x 50m freestyle (girls 18th) and 4 x 50m medley (boys 16th).
The first team did brilliantly to win two of three games in the regional plate competition, just losing to Reigate Grammar. There is still a possibility that we may qualify for the national finals.
Our senior boys team finished second at the national finals in Bolton. They won all three group games, qualifying for the final, but eventually lost out to MCS Oxford.< Back
