Former England captain, award-winning journalist and Sky commentator Michael Atherton attended the screening of Death of a Gentleman on Friday in The Space. Death of a Gentleman is a film about the state of international cricket and in particular the scandal of the power grab by India, England and Australia.
The film’s journalist and director, Sam Collins, joined Michael Atherton in a Q&A session in which Chris Tavaré and then the audience asked the questions. The film and the clarity of the responses to questions enthralled a knowledgeable audience.
