We had a wonderful result at the fiercely competitive LSE debating competition recently. One of our teams, Kartik Iyer (U6) and Yasmine Kanagalingam (L6), came second.
They were beaten by St Paul’s Girls by the narrowest possible margin. The judges split and it was only because the chair of judges voted against us that we ended up coming second.
We had seven other teams at LSE and the results were strong throughout. A very impressive effort; well done to all.
