Friends of Sevenoaks
The Friends of Sevenoaks is a registered charity, which includes all current parents and Sevenoaks School staff, as well as any former parents and staff who opt in on leaving the school.
The primary focus of the organisation is to enable you to meet other families in your year group and across the school's community, and to provide interesting and entertaining events for you to attend.
We organise a variety of events throughout the year, including a New Parents' Supper, termly coffee mornings for the parents of each year group, a drinks reception following the Carol Service, a Biennial Ball and many more.
There are social coordinators for each year group who will organise more informal get-togethers for the parents in the year group.
There is an Annual General Meeting in the Michaelmas term each year to which all members are invited, at which the main events to be organised will be discussed, and organising groups will be set up. We hope you will enjoy being a member of the Friends of Sevenoaks, and perhaps consider becoming involved in some way.

Social Coordinator Handbook
Classlist: The Friends of Sevenoaks oversees the online network Classlist which connects parents by year group and is overseen by FOS representatives. Parents at Sevenoaks School use Classlist's free app to contact each other, organise events, fundraise, and build their parent community.
Online services: There are a number of different communication systems the school now use to help parents access information and communicate with the school.
