We are delighted to have raised £10 million in donations and pledges for the Campaign for Sevenoaks School as a result of the support of parents and Old Sennockians in the UK and globally.
This is a remarkable achievement and we look forward to continued success as we seek to reach our target of £15 million by 2018.
These donations have enabled us to make significant advancement in achieving our vision for the school. Construction has begun on the Science and Technology Centre and Sixth Form Global Study Centre, which are due to be completed in readiness for Michaelmas Term 2018. We also launched three new Institutes of Teaching and Learning, Service and Entrepreneurship and Higher Education and Professional Insight in September 2016. Our bursary provision continues to increase; our ambition is to provide financial assistance to more than seven per cent of our students so they can benefit from the opportunities of an exceptional Sevenoaks education.
