On Thursday 9 September 45 parents, staff, shooters and guests enjoyed one another’s company in celebrating another successful years shooting. We welcomed back a number of former Captains and Vices – Camilla Kendrick, James Redman, Henry Snyder, Chris Russell, Pete Rutherford and Ellie Hoolahan – and listened avidly to the speech by our Guest of Honour, Geoff Doe, NSRA Director of Shooting. Fran Danczak took on the role as this year’s Captain, Al Brenninkmeijer as Vice Captain and Serena Yuen as Adjutant.

A condensed prizegiving witnessed nearly 70 awards reach 18 individuals in under 40 minutes. The A team were awarded the WKRL Div 3 Winners Shield, and the Erith Cup for the third year running. The club was awarded the NSRA National Role of Marksmanship Shield. We are the first English school to win this century-old prize.
