Congratulations to Katherine Nickols, Grace Whitehouse and Lucy Tiffen, who won the Independent Schools FA Regional Competition at Marlborough College on Sunday, playing for South-East Region girls football.

The SE team consisted of girls from ACS Cobham, Sevenoaks, King Edward's Witley, Charterhouse and St Bede's. As team captain, Katherine scored from a free kick in the first match, with a 3-1 victory over the South West.

Their fourth and final match was against Scotland. Both teams were undefeated coming into the match, but due to a good goal difference SE only needed a draw. Scotland took the lead in the first half, but SE equalised in the second to win the competition. All three Sevenoaks students played in all four matches.
