Recent study and cultural trips

During half term, several study and cultural trips took place.

In the week before half term, 41 Spanish students from Year 10 travelled to Santiago de Compostela in north-west Spain for a highly successful week-long study trip. Click here for the full report.

On Sunday 17 October, 20 students from Year 11 travelled to Paris for a week in the French capital. The purpose of the visit was for students to improve further their language skills and to explore in greater depth some aspects of French culture, particularly 19th century art and architecture. Also 17 October, a group of Upper and Lower Sixth students, accompanied by Alessandra Symons and Neetha Kunaratnam, set off to spend a week in Orvieto in Italy for a study trip involving Italian language and culture. Full report.
