Programme Director for the UCL Arts and Sciences presented to our Lower Sixth

We were delighted to welcome Carl Gombrich, Programme Director for the UCL Arts and Sciences (BASc) degree. He gave an outstanding address to our a Lower Sixth students. Outlining in a  fascinating introduction the notion of expertise, he made links with the IB critical thinking course, Theory of Knowledge, and he also gave an excellent insight into the value of interdisciplinarity and the BASc degree structure.

UCL is one of the most popular destinations for our students and a large number apply for the BASc degree each year.
