Prices

Treatment costs/funding:

  • Initial appointment - £55 (45 mins)
  • Follow-up appointments - £45 (30 mins)

Payment

If claiming on an UK health insurance company you will need a referral from your GP or Consultant prior to commencing treatment, and you need authorisation from your health insurance company. The Clinic will require the policy number and/or a claim or authorisation code and will send invoices direct.

The Clinic is unable to accept international health insurance companies. Boarders or their parents should contact their Matron regarding billing options.

Self-funding patients are welcome – the clinic can send invoices direct to parents/guardians.

Cancellation Policy

The clinic operates a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please endeavour to give a minimum of 24 hours when cancelling or re-arranging an appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given a cancellation charge of 50% of the full consultation fee is charged. For non-attendance without prior notice a full charge may be made.

Chaperones

Students attending treatment sessions may attend with their Matron, Personal Tutor or a parent to act as a chaperone.

What to Wear

This will depend on the site of the injury:

  • For lower limb injuries – patient will be expected to wear shorts;
  • For upper limb injuries - females should wear a crop top or sleeveless t-shirt;

This is for the patient’s comfort so that the injury site can be fully evaluated.
