OS work on display at London Elephant Parade

Martin Aveling (IC 2000) emailed The Sennockian Club last week to tell us about his involvement in this years London Elephant Parade.  He recently designed one of the elephants in the parade which has proved incredibly successful in raising awareness of the endangered Asian elephants.  It is the largest public art exhibition the capital has hosted to date and all 30 of the elephants are being auctioned through Sotheby's on Saturday 3 July to raise money for conservation projects around the world.  This is a unique opportunity to get hold of original artwork and a piece of history.

Further details about the Grand Auction can be obtained from Georgina Dunsford of Elephant Family (the charity behind the campaign) georgina@elephantfamily.org or 0207 580 3184 or 0774 7402 970.
