Film Director and Old Sennockian Paul Greengrass opened the recently installed Digital Imaging Studio in the Visual Arts and media Department on Wednesday 4 November at a lunchtime reception. Known for his work, amongst other films, with the Bourne Ultimatum and the Bourne Supremacy, United 93, and his forthcoming film GreenZone which is released in March, he addressed staff and students about the importance of digital multimedia to communication and the country's economic future, before declaring the studio formally "open".
This was followed by an Open Morning on Saturday 14 November for parents and pupils to see the equipment sponsored by the Parents' Association in action.
