Andy Cornah, Sevenoaks School's Head of Sailing, was selected to captain the British team in this year's British American Cup.

Held on 29-31 October, the British American Cup is the oldest team racing event in sailing. The bi-annual event, which was launched in 1922, sees Britain’s top sailors take on the Americans. This year the event was held in the UK, with the British team aiming for its first win since 1999. Andy Cornah led the team to a comprehensive 7-2 victory over a very strong American team packed with Olympic sailors, World and National champions.
