The plan includes three new buildings around a landscaped pedestrianised space known as The Flat.

• A performing arts centre for music and drama and renovation of the existing Sackville Theatre to provide space for concerts and major drama productions. The demolition of redundant buildings around the Flat took place in the summer of 2008 and construction of the performing arts centre was completed in April 2010. • A multi purpose building, provisionally called the Hub, containing examination space, reception and meeting space and other central facilities.
• A science centre with state of the art laboratories for physics, chemistry and biology.
• A landscaped pedestrianized courtyard.
• Parking for 50 cars and new tennis courts.
• Larger and improved common rooms for senior, middle and junior school.
• New boarding houses.
• A bigger fund to provide more bursaries and widen access.
• Relocation and expansion of Design and Technology on the main campus.
