On Thursday 5 August 2010 the USA East Coast association enjoyed a casual drinks reception hosted by Roshan Bharwaney at a bar in midtown Manhattan, New York.  The event attracted several members of the alumni who are currently living and working in New York and the group are already looking forward to their next gathering in the winter.

On 17 July 2010 the Hong Kong Friends association enjoyed their third summer reception organised by Ms Mabel Lau at The Helena May in Central, Hong Kong.

This popular annual event was attended by 55 guests with many current students and their parents, plus many of those joining the school in September, providing a good opportunity to hear about the school before the start of the Michaelmas term and for others to network with Old Sennockians (OS).  Another successful Friends event and thanks to all those OS who attended.

 On Wednesday 19 May Jon and Jan Gray hosted another very successful reception at their home in Singapore.  The event attracted parents of current students, members of the alumni and parents whose child is due to start at Sevenoaks in September. 

The Development Director also attended and was able to give the group a presentation which provided an update on the recently completed Performing Arts Centre and an overview of the strategic development plan.  The evening was thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended.
