Benedikt Lotter (OS 2012), applied for a Thiel Fellowship last December.
The Thiel Fellowship, founded by Peter Thiel, a US billionaire entrepreneur and first investor in Facebook, funds 20 students under the age of 20 with US$100,000 to drop out of college and work on start-up projects in Silicon Valley.
