A stunning location in the heart of Kent.

Nestled next to a thousand-acre deer park, the campus benefits from abundant gardens, inspiring views of Knole House and the North Downs and award-winning facilities. Its situation at the top of Sevenoaks High Street, in the heart of the old town, makes it easily accessible and beautifully situated.

A superb, extensive campus, with a striking combination of old and new architecture and a friendly atmosphere.

Our campus of some 100 acres adjoins Knole Park, in a splendid setting on the edge of Sevenoaks in west Kent. With over 30 buildings, 107 classrooms, 14 sports pitches, 12 lawns, six ponds and thousands of trees, it is a pleasant environment in which students can feel at home. The outdoor spaces are attractive and spacious, enhanced by sustainable planting, while the variety of buildings, learning areas and social spaces are a testament to this historic but very forward-looking school.

The school grounds stretch along and behind Sevenoaks High Street and are bisected by the ancient path to Knole. The centre of the campus comprises Old School (1732, flanked by the Sevenoaks Almshouses), the Johnson Library (1930s) and the early twentieth-century Swanzy Block, which contains the Sixth Form common room. Nearby are the Science Block, Dining Hall, Modern Languages and Art Rooms, and the Middle School common room. Students can relax and socialise outside on Jockey's Platch, a quadrangle, or the Flat, a landscaped area with trees and benches.

Building work is currently underway on a new state-of-the-art Science and Technology Centre, and a Sixth Form Global Study Centre, and both will be completed by Summer 2018. A new boarding house is also planned for the 2019/2020 academic year.

The southern end of the campus, beside Duke's Meadow and Knole, is home to the new, award-winning Space and Sennocke Centre, while at the northern end of the campus lie the eighteenth-century Claridge House, Manor House and GIH, the Biology and Geography departments and Sennocke House. The Lower School common room and outdoor play area is located here. Design Technology, Lambardes, Park Grange and the IC can be found on the other side of the Tonbridge Road, while sports pitches, Johnsons and School House are a short walk away.

Despite the size of the campus, a busy, friendly, informal atmosphere prevails throughout. Students of all age groups feel comfortable together and new pupils quickly find their way around.
